Was wearing tshirt when I went out in Springfield Thursday night. Arrived to buffalo Ridge and the flags were straight out. I knew we were in for a long day. But hey, good company!
I honestly wasn’t planning to re-run this until 2022. I’m currently planning (and excited) to roll up to the YOTB meetup in what would be on or around the perfect time (early Sept), and I know there are some other meet-up conflicts around then. I believe the aerate in late Sept too.
I kinda promised myself that I wouldn’t do a trip like this in weather that cold again!

Judging by the construction, I’d think there is a decent chance they have some on site lodging options available by 2022 as well, which would be very cool.

I think we focus on the Show-Me showdown for 2021, but I’m down for another Big Cedar when it comes around again (though I would drop Top of the Rock from my trip).
