On the IR until after the new year recovering from a broken collarbone. Wish I could swing it and work on improving my ability to play #1. Sneaky hard opening hole for a par 5.

I’d just like to hit the fairway once to give myself a chance at playing the hole correctly!

Even in the rare times I do hit the fairway, it’s about 1 out of 3 that I hit my second shot at the correct angle/line. So hard to gauge.

Played it last Friday…in the trees on the right, had to punch out sideways, then lay up around the dog leg, before even having a shot at the green.

late for this year but The Golf Fellowship is a league i played in this year in ATX and loved it. good balance of competition and enjoyment. chapters in Dallas, Austin and San Antonio

@DuckDuckHook I just got looped into playing with my wife’s uncles who are convinced that my game is no where near that of their 13 handicaps 
Wife is on call incase things get out of hand, have to eat with them on thursday lol

@HomeInTwo I have yet to hit a single shot from the fairway on that hole. Mind blowing how something some straight forward is quite the opposite

At the bottom of the thread, there’s a button/list with “Normal, Tracking, Muted, Watching” switch that from Normal to either Tracking or Watching.
Tracking it’ll show up in your Unread section. Watching you’ll get more notifications.
