Signups for 2025 Texas Cup are still TBD … I can state for sure they won’t be 1/1, because I’ll be in the midst of a family roadtrip and in no place to manage a google sheet :). Goal is to have them done 90+ days in advance of the event. Which reminds me, we have a date so I should post a STD thread …

Welcome to the Refuge! Unfortunately yes, this year’s event was back in the Spring. Be on the lookout towards the end of this year for next year’s signups. In the meantime there are numerous events scheduled for all three of the roosts (BigPlex in DFW, Strohs in Austin/San Antonio, and whatever the Houston roost is called). Be sure to check with the threads covering whatever region you’re in and sign up soon for an event.

Also, if you happen to be in DFW, most of the communication within our roost is on our Discord server. You’ll want to look for the roll call thread in the community center forum here for the roost that covers where you are and then post there. Someone likely will respond and get you connected.
