Hark!!! It is Regional week!!!

I know it’s a but last minute but let’s make this our hub forthe @RACDGNorCal @RACDGLowCal and @DryHeat to communicate and talk all the shit.

Saturday 3 tee times starting at 11:30 and the groupings will be like this in some form:

  • 2 NorCal, 2 Dry heat
  • 2 NorCal, 2 LowCal
  • 2 Dry heat, 2 LowCal

Sunday tee times start at 8:30 and we’ll done same sort of mixing and matching.

Format is:

Saturday: best 3 of 4 scores on front nine, best 3 of 4 scores on back nine
Sunday: all scores count

We will all be playing the Orange tees (71.6/125, 6,600 yards firm and fast)

As for NorCal, along with our hitters @NotADoctor @no3puttsplz91 @Mr.Alleged @k-yan we will have myself, @TheHonChiefJustice @SageOak and a couple others. We have a couple tee times Friday at 3:00 for us to get a practice rd in. We also have a foursome booked on Saturday at 12:20 for our four travelers. We will probably end up eating at Soule Park most of the time if they’re open. We are staying at Comfort Inn in Ventura.

History tells us of an allegedly tainted negroni served to the visiting PNW team at the inaugural event. If this trend continues then the low-cal boys will make up an excuse just like the PNW team.

I will be rooting on my dry heat squad as I swaddle, burp and change diapers all weekend on our newborn. Good luck to my hitters.

FYI I just booked a single time at 8:00 am at Ojai Valley. Still 3 spots left if anyone wants to join. It’s $190 but I’ve never been and want to check out.

With the Regional comp going off at 8:30 at Soule, I figure this leaves enough time to scoot over to Soule to watch the finish.
