Wasn’t a dig or anything. I was agreeing with you elevation does make a difference, so that initial shock I had seeing I’d have to tee it up at 6900yd went away when it gets adjusted down to 6400-6500. Whether or not they are uphill or downhill is a another story haha
You will generally hit it a club longer on the CO front range vs. the midwest. Slightly more vs. sea level. If you want to get technical it’s about 10%
@fishtopher18 How does this impact my 50-150 yard range for my chipper? We talking 156-165 range now?
You’ll hit it over the windows of the clubhouse but into the windows of the cars in the parking lot.
I might take you up on that. I’m in Sloans Lake as well.
10% my man. Just like a boomer leaving the tip
FOMO is already kicking in
Hate I couldn’t sign up this year…
We could have had a full lefty foursome with @jswine and @VinnyCal75
Comfy as comfy gets
(Looks up hole 9) Dogleg right and Coore’s description on the website says “the longer you are off the tee, the more you play to a hanging lie”
Pouring over course tours and views, looks like there is some serious “don’t miss on that side” energy and some pretty strong bunkering on the “safer” sides. With as firm as I hope its playing - I can’t wait
Just keep it moving though. I don’t have the patience to watch you spend 7 minutes aim pointing a 2 footer.
And if you don’t like it you can take it up with my hitter @BuffBob. I’m told he’s quite buff.
#shootersshoot
You think I aimpoint ???
I’m starting on 12, which appears to be 490 from the Paintbrush tees. So that’s fun.
Earlier this year I played a FEG event and started on a 460 yard Road hole. Like who’s list am I on?
At least I’ll get to see that @sundaybag speed up close.
Vibey group right there.
All time spread on that group
Can we all make a deal to go back deep and play #6 par 3 from 250y? Cool.
