Should be good now. Sorry about that!
Has the duck race for couch space @tylersucks home been scheduled yet?
Unfortunately no duck rack. Quick on the draw and already claimed.
Speaking of lodging.
@Privatecollection Will there be a preferred hotel?
Yes (ish)… I was working on the Ascent on Main for our preferred hotel but it’s now being taken over by a wedding that weekend.
Stupid wedding season always messes up golf season!
So… I am pivoting to the Springhill Suites which is still close and VERY reasonable. I’m seeing about a group block but the rates pry won’t be much different.
That hotel is brand new. In an odd part of Parker but still walkable to a huge liquor warehouse (Bevy’s), grocery store (Sprouts), bar (20 Mile Tap House), mexican restaurant (Casa Mariachi), and coffee place (Coffee cabin)
It also has an indoor pool.
sonofabitch. I’m in.
Look, if you wanted a hotel with a waterslide, you should have said so in your registration notes.
is it too late to request a lazy river
awesome! would def. be in on this.
I can have a few guests over to the Stonegate neighborhood pool. We have a pretty nice waterslide.
There is a waterslide and a lazy river inside the Parker rec center. $6 day pass and you can have the time of your life.
Guess who is in off the waitlist!
There’s also a lazy river in the apartment complex (Broadstone) across the street. We lived there briefly several years ago before moving to our house, and I very much hate the management there so I will be cheering on anyone who decides to jump the very manageable (at least it was) fence to use it. Also, the La Loma mexican restaurant across the street is I think now open as well and very good (based on their other locations).
Sounds like Parker was made for the people of the Refuge.
Enjoys the c-suite life of private golf and subtle dog logos but also not above jumping fences for a good waterslide and dive bar Mexican food.
