And that is why I ask before hitting the final button. Thanks
Someone may have said this and thought of it before but I went to the electronic bay and scooped up a whole new starter kit from someone who gave up on whoop all together for $35. Having a whole separate monitor that sits on the plugged in charger (one with wrist strap/one with bicep strap) has been so clutch. Never have to worry about the low batter/is my battery charger charged dilemma. Simply just go to the app>strap settings>connect to the other serial number when switching.
Based on my whoop data over the last 10 days I wonder if I fought off some minor illness that didnāt even hit me consciously.
Had that 3 day run of recovery scores despite not doing anything hard during those 3-4 days, sleeping 8+ each night, hydrating like a madman and eating well. In addition my resting heart rate increased both as whoop measured it and as I measured it in the morning. And my HR while exercising increased even at low efforts. No respiratory rate increase.
Today was finally back in the green and all my other vitals were back to normal.
Feel good as hell today. 70 percent recovery. Just the slightest pain in my arm from the shot when I stretch.
Uh well I rode Zwift version of Alp dāHuez ⦠3000 feet incline ride over 7 miles. Took over 100minutes never again
Bringing total strain to 20.3 today
The real thing on zwift is to be able to do it in under 60min
Yea⦠Iām not a hill climber. Still to chunky.
Been needing a motivator to keep me encouraged to run and workout more consistently (Iām a very data oriented person), and I heard these wristbands were all the rage.
Just came in today. Interested in what the first night of sleep will show me, especially because I am running on 2 hours of sleep right now with having to stay up all night last night working.
I wouldnāt read much into the first 7-15 days (or nights).
Usually takes a good month to get a baseline IMO.
But itās worth it.
Just a general question here, very much thinking about jumping on board but Iām most curious about the subscription model. Does anyone know if you can do the month-to-month plan for as long as youād like and then jump onto a 12 or 18 month plan for the savings later, or is there a fixed commitment to the monthly plan?
Just a tad hesitant about jumping in for the $250 or $275 (gotta love promo codes) until I know if Iām going to be truly in love with what info and data Iām going to be able to gather from the usage. Also assuming that the promo codes are one-time use only at the moment of initial signup. So itās either use the ForePlay code () for the first month free or NLUās to commit to 12 or 18 monthsā¦
I think they require a six month stint to start. Theyāre giving you the hardware, after all.
you can do month to month (6 mon min. Use a referral for a free month). And then if you decided to jump on you can change to a year/18 months. But some of the coupon codes donāt support that approach, but they always have black Friday sales⦠would be close to your 6 months.

Im listening to the newest Whoop podcast about recovery and green/yellow/red days. Its talking about all green days being bad and also all red days being bad. Has anyone had a red day just based on training? Far as I can remember all my red days have been either when I was sick or hungover. Im been on a good streak of like 3 green days and then a yellow when my body is the most sore, but wanted to know if anyone hit red.
Yea Iāve had a few red days I can assume was going to hard and a shit night of sleep.
Thanks new baby.
I do all the time. Saturday i did a hard two hour hilly trail run. Was at like 29% the next day.
Today Iām at 95% and i wonāt be surprised if iām red tomorrow based on doing a bike workout this morning and a run later today.
Orderās placed! Looks like youāre getting a free month too.
Looking forward to jump in and get involved.
