Whoop Band | NLU Group Code: COMM-NLUNLU

For those who use something like LiquidIV, it says it triples the hydration of the water it is in. I fill up my 24 oz Contigo before a bike ride or so - but I still record it as 24 oz (3 glasses) in my WHOOP diary. I try to drink three Contigo bottles full of water each day, that’s about 9 servings of water, and then have something like a Spindrift as well which gets me to ten at minimum. On days I don’t, I feel it for sure.

I said let’s go. Not sure I’ve ever hit this high of strain without golf involved.

My recovery scores are slipping and I’m not sure why… I’m just going to continue to workout and hope for the best.

For whatever reason, I have decided to grind through the P90X program again this week. I’m 3 days in. I can barely walk down my stairs without being a fall risk.

And what does Whoop do?

Hits me with a green recovery score today of course.

It’s Yoga day. Can’t wait to be humbled once again by a workout that at one point I felt pretty good about doing.

Definitely not hitting the coach’s 12.8 strain doing a long ass yoga workout, but definitely feels like what the body needs. And because I’m so out of practice it won’t shock me when Yoga comes in close to 10 strain.

Let’s gooooo! That first week of P90X is a beast! I’m currently going through the P90X3 mass schedule right now. Those 30 minute workouts are so nice

Nice! My mom for Pfizer booster 1 and felt fine afterward.

I heard Pfizer booster 2 is the one that tends to give headaches, tiredness, etc.

Haven’t heard anything much about the Maderna(sp?)

Update after having to stop about 20 minutes early before the end of the balance pose section because I had to get back to work.

The sweat was pouring during that first 45 minutes. Wooo doggy. I remember why newbies tend to hate it. :rofl:

Whoop data looks normal after vaccine. In the green at 68 percent. Typical numbers. I kept strain low yesterday and will do so again today. Some arm soreness remains but no other symptoms.

My mom is getting booster 2 the 20th. I can follow up if she had any symptoms. First one she had nothing.

This is my recovery post first round of the Moderna vaccine. Felt lethargic, cold, and slightly achy all that day. Next day I felt great.

Placing the order on a Whoop today after some non-Covid health issues have popped up the last few months that makes me want to track things closer. Any major accessory that you guys bought with yours that you would highly recommend? For $30 the extra battery seems like a solid decision so I can always have one charging while I am wearing the other. I plan on wearing the band on my left wrist (dominant hand in everything thing except golf) opposite of my watch on my right. Feels kinda strange I will have something on both wrists, not ganna lie.

I don’t think the extra battery is necessary, personally. It holds a charge for 5 days and only takes about 20-30 mins to charge to full. You would only need 2 if you lost the first one.

I haven’t gotten any extra accessories but will be investigating the bicep band for golf.

You rarely need to wear the battery pack. Like once every four days I’ll have it on during breakfast and that’s sufficient
