I just go exclusively with the bicep band. I just didnāt like how it looked/felt on either wrist. I donāt even notice its there anymore.

Dude, I am so happy you were able to be proactive and take the right action. This is scary as hell. I just got my WHOOP and hope I donāt need to use it for the same reasons but man, I am sold on the power of its data.

Thanks for writing this. May be what pushes me over the edge to get a whoop. Iāve become much more focused on my cardio. Have a couple of issues that lead me to being totally zonked after workouts, next day impact from alcohol, etc. Much more so than I should be and than others that I would view as being in similar shape. Currently building up with Peloton and trying to walk more when golfing which has been helping. Itās none of my business, so donāt feel obligated to answer, but curious if your doctors were able to determine what led to your blockage / heart issues?
