Whoop Band | NLU Group Code: COMM-NLUNLU

I’m right there with you on the high strain, low recovery trend. I honestly just struggle because I can’t get myself to go to bed before 9/9:30 and then get up at like 4 to workout. Really is a killer unfortunately.

(Disregard the Sunday recovery. Mistakes were made Saturday night at the lake)

If anyone wants a L/XL bicep band please shoot me a DM. Ordered one and just hated the feel of having it on my upper arm. Just looking to cover costs of shipping.

You asking for funds? Or just passing along?

Nope - just a few bucks to cover shipping and it’s all yours. Not looking to get anything more.

I’ll take it if @TGray doesnt want it (since he was first)

I will take it. Have to cut it a little bit but will take it. Let me know what you need.

Whoop now has a step counter now. It’s in beta and it is way off

Saturday I was extremely sick and only moved from the bed to the couch.

Still got 2.1k steps in says whoop.

My apple health counted 207

It’s crediting me 22k steps or so a day where Apple Health (and my own awareness of my movement) have me in the 5,000-6,000 range!

My whoop data has been really weird this week. Anyone ever experienced there data change drastically after spending time at high altitude?

Is there an active discount code on any of the NLU pods right now? Maybe I am multitasking too much while listening but can’t remember one.

If there’s not, Will Ahmed gives out a discount code at the start of each Whoop podcast.

I’ve started to notice that even with daily washing, my bicep band is starting to smell a bit. Does anyone have a whoop 4.0 bicep band (or any extra wrist bands) that they would be looking to sell?

I wore a FitBit for 8 years due to work insurance benefits so a pretty good estimate on my steps in activities, Whoop is giving insane values for steps. Says I registered 5k steps playing a softball game where I play 3B and we had the 3B dugout - I don’t think my hr, doubles and runs added up to like 4500 steps.

Ended my Whoop membership today.

I really enjoy all the data and may come back, but the cost going up and the features remaining the same is a tough look. At that price an Apple Watch makes more sense long term imo. Also the strap just looks like shit.

Aura ring offers similar data at a fraction of the cost and looks better. Tough scene

Have you used the Aura ring? Only downside to that (personally) is that even if the strap doesn’t look great, I would feel like a clown wearing multiple rings (this + wedding ring)
