Whoop Band | NLU Group Code: COMM-NLUNLU

You mustn’t have six months left on your subscription, then.

You bought an 18mo subscription with a 3.0. You got exactly that. There is precisely nothing for you to complain about.

Not complaining, Scott, and I have eight months left.

Just sharing in case others are not past their “commitment period.”

18 holes today in a cart with a bicep band. Kept the HR pretty steady.

3:10 round is the best part of that screenshot

I now realize that I did the time wrong. Supposed to be 10:37.

Edit: Adding the extra hour took me from 4.4 to 4.7.

Took 10 hours for 18 holes?!

10:37am lol

Ah that time (3:10) is the duration of the activity.

3 hour rounds. We like that

Anyone else having trouble with server connectivity? I have been stuck on the “whoop is catching up” all day.

Nope my last sync was like 6 min ago

Whoop can keep up with the rest of us but not @JBors

I have only let my strap die 2 times since having it, and now both times I have had issues after it happened. First time the strap would no longer charge with the battery so they sent me a new one. Now this connectivity issue. Not even going to bother coming up with a solution since 4.0 will ship in 2 weeks anyways.

I noticed that my current 3.0 isn’t charging fully and the battery is depleting daily. Charged to 95% yesterday morning and was at 37% when I woke up today.

How old is it? Batteries in general start falling off over time.

Try and limp along til 4.0. Could always reach out to customer service

Hey everyone! I am thinking of joining Whoop and had some questions…

I want to start with the monthly charge (6 month minimum) to confirm I like it. My friend has a promo code for me so assuming I can use that initially and get the first month free. If I do like it, I will then upgrade to the 12 or 18 month option. Would that strategy work? 30 days free and then upgrade?

Second question is around promo codes. Should I wait to use the promo code until I upgrade to the 12 or 18 month? Can I stack them?

Thanks!

I think 30 days free = 7 months for the price of 6. They’re not going to send you a bit of hardware without the six month sub.

Ahh that makes sense. So I would still pay for “month 1”, and then would be able to upgrade if needed.

Thank you!

I mean… I think you still pay the six-month subscription, or they don’t send you a Whoop. $180 ($30/mo for six months) plus taxes and fees gets you seven months and the hardware, I think.

You’re not really going to be able to “demo” it unless they have a return policy or something.

Gotcha - was under the impression that the 6 month option was billed monthly, not annually.

I think since they require a minimum six month commitment, you pay the $180 up front. Otherwise you could use a credit card and cancel it or something.
