Whoop Band | NLU Group Code: COMM-NLUNLU

Terrible time to forget my password and have to go through a traffic inundated website to change it.

Is that why my strain is 0.2 today?

no

No… but the pro membership kinda makes sense if you get strap and boxers… may look into that in the future.

So 18 months + an extra strap + $8.99 shipping + tax is over $410.

I know they’re not the same thing but I could buy a new Apple Watch every year for around the same price.

oh for sure. It’s expensive; but I will say it tracks, IMO, better than a apple watch… sometimes my apple watch thinks rocking my daughter I’m doing the elliptical… Whoop doesn’t register anything. And the apple watch sleep tracking is garbage. Granted I’m still wearing one with my whoop.

I wish Whoop was about 20% cheaper.

Finally got through to the order page. Got everything set up…only to get another error message. Ugh. Not a great look.

I’m just over here excited about the haptic alarm clock…

Hmmm:

If you have 6 or more months left on your membership, there’s nothing more you need to do. If you have less than 6 months of membership left, you can purchase a 6, 12, or 18 month extension in order to receive your free WHOOP 4.0. If you’re still in your initial WHOOP 3.0 commitment period (and have not paid that commitment off already), you will need to purchase a 12 or 18 month extension.

In other words, even if you bought an 18-month membership last October when you got a Whoop 3.0, you have to add months to your membership to get the 4.0.

Looks like the site/app is working better now. Just got mine reserved.

Same, I went through the app and it worked seamlessly.

Just got mine. Site was a little slow, but it did go through.

I know that I’ll eventually get the 4.0, but the one downside is the 3.0 straps aren’t compatible. Everything else I’m excited about.

can you use the NLU promo code for extensions?

Not sure. You can ask customer service

there is no place to do it in the checkout process so I am assuming no.

I placed an order for an upgrade (needed to extend my membership anyway) and then hit up their customer service chat on the app asking for a discount using the NLU code… will see what they come back with.

would love to know how that turns out if you don’t mind.

Try to sign in on desktop at app.whoop.com/membership, click ā€œMembershipā€ on the left-hand side. There is a place to add a promo code on that screen when extending.

I don’t have a place to put a promo code anywhere on that page?
