Interesting - my understanding and the way I’ve played Scotch Foursomes is put simply as “selected drive alt shot.” Meaning both teammates tee off on every hole, and you play alternate shot off whichever tee shot your team selects.

Yeah, Scotch Foresome’s is each guy tees off then you pick the best drive and play alternate shot from there on in. Think scramble off the tee then alt shot to finish.
Edit: This is what @MerchCzar and @Soly did at TPC Sawgrass vs. Luke Guthrie and Ben Kohles who did regular alt shot in their WWOG.

Me and @mbrittain88 kept it rolling on Saturday too. Won both our matches on the 17th hole, including a victory over Breakfast Ball Chicago’s own Sausage King. The last 27 holes of the day we did all Scotch Foursomes. Don’t think I’ve ever had more fun playing golf than that format. The Scottish people know what’s up! Definitely think it would be fun for an All star break, but hope it happens closer to the middle of the season since I’m not playing this week.

I think the cyhawk duo presented by hy vee was in with a 40 or 41. And that’s with alllll the three putts. We were vibing.

So for quota we just took a week off. Give everyone a breather from having to do math this week. Well start it up again next week.
Only reason I wanted to know gross was so that I can award some sweet vice balls to the winning team.
