Alright with less than 48 hours until we tee off, lets get this party started.

The first week is a special week and as the current champ, I will be following the tradition of @TrajMahal and I will be bringing donuts to help warm you all up.

Let’s all plan on getting there around 6:15. Jon and I went to try and pay yesterday and were told to come back Thursday morning. I think the easiest way will have Jon still cash in on all the CC points, and the regs can venmo him the total amount they each owe.

Weather is looking cold as hell, so go out and get handwarmers and a large vessel to store your coffee in.

The groups are as follows:

6:30am @Wheel @ChiFFI @delirioustim and @WillyK
6:38am @tmstrods @treeputttim @rmbartell and @Cswartz
6:46am Myself, Seth, Jake and @TheAbeFroman

The game is tilt and if anyone has questions talk to Jake or myself. It’s gonna be brutal out there, so kudos to anyone who goes out and shoots a number, if I break 45 I will be more than happy.

I almost feel compelled to pitch in given how terrible those donuts were last year.

The weather appears to be confused … The Mudness was last weekend, not Masters Thursday

Seeing Seamus Power go back-to-back hole in 1’s today in the pr 3 contest got me thinking that the WBC is due for one.

I BELIEVE someone will sink one in ‘23 - homage to the GOAT, Michael Jordan

Anyone want to do a pool? Pitch in some amount each week if you’re interested and should you hit it you win the pot (aka the insurance if we’re taking the 4 some out to celebrate the feat lol)

I love this optimism. Last year I believe it took us into the third week before anyone hit the 3rd green. Like 0 for 24 the first two weeks. But, by God, one of them statistically does have to go in one of these times.

Where’s the dash @djheadley we need educated odds.
But I am in.

we get around 500 cracks at it per year, collectively. So, like, within ~15 years would be the over/under?

I mean that said, this is definitely the year, right?

also, our odds did tick down slightly after losing @BabblingBrooksKoepka since he hit driver 100% of the time on #8

If we don’t do a pool I’d still make a bet that it’ll happen this year if there are any takers.

I’d bet of $25 (or $23) at +500 (16.67% implied probability) for WBC to come through this year. Idk how to set odds so if this is ridiculous please let me know lmfao

I’m a big believer in due theory…in the same way I believe Purdue is due to get out of the first round in March. Or how red will hit on the roulette wheel after landing on black 8 times in a row despite. But I digress.

My vote would be $25 per person for the season that will either cover the bar tab or get donated to First Tee if no one gets a hole in one (unlikely). Unsure of the sub ruling. Or if there are multiple in the year of Jordan.

See you clowns tomorrow

Love that

In for season at $25. Venmo our “cell?”

For subs, offer $1.50 insurance per sub round or cover a round of cold domestics for all at a post season party at Toons, Wills?
