What is the format for the tournament? Red Vs Blue has me thinking Ryder Cup style? I am trying to conceptualize a team event for my friends in a similar format. Just curious. Looks fun!

For the first 6 years we have played everything straight up, keeping caps as close as possible for matchups and some captain selection process.
