Hey Tree Players Participants (and Waitlisters)
We’ve been working behind the scenes on something.
As you may remember, a portion of every registration for Tree Players Championship goes to The Kisner Foundation , an Aiken-based charity founded by Kevin Kisner and his wife, Brittany.
The Kisner Foundation has two core ways of helping kids off the course. First, they are working to increase literacy amongst young kids in the Aiken area. Secondly, they help fund various childhood mental and behavioral health programs in SC and Georgia. As a parent with a child with behavioral health problems, this cause is near and dear to my heart.
To help drive more donations, we’re running a raffle where 100% of all $$$ goes towards The Kisner Foundation.
Here’s how to #GetInvolved:
- Send me $10 per raffle ticket you’d like via Venmo (username: heathwblack). INCLUDE YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS.
- I will heart the payment in Venmo to confirm receipt and will document the # of tickets you purchased in our tracker.
- One week before Tree Players (5/28), we’ll lock raffle entries and draw, communicating with the winners via email.
There is no limit to how many raffle tickets you can purchase. This is open to all! Players, waitlisters, and non-participants altogether.
Prizes for our raffle include:
- Tons of NLU swag like shirts, hats, etc.
- Peter Millar Cypress Point Polo
- Free rounds (threesomes and foursomes) at True Blue, Wild Dunes, Savannah Golf Club, Musgrove, and The Country Club of North Carolina
- Lots of Masters gear like a Player Bag, Watch, and Caddie Gnome
And we’re working on much more!
