I’m not usually one to say fire a coach who wins his division. But, McDermott got owned in the second half of that game. Buffalo was running at will, then they completely abandoned it. They might be a team Bill makes sense for. Maximize whatever window they may have left. Plus he’ll get the wins record easily.
Love the idea that this is even up to McDermott lmao. Do you think they should have kept running the ball against 7-8 man boxes?
I mean, some behavior in life is so telling there’s no option but to cut and run. Motivating football players by praising 9/11 hijackers is one of those things.
KC eventually committed that they weren’t going to get gashed in the run game and were going to live with playing Sherfield and Shakir and Diggs’s corpse 1 on 1 with superior guys.
Stefon Diggs born November 29th 1993
Me born April 1992
Joe Brady’s star certainly isn’t as bright as it once was.
Have the Falcons done any interviews with Ben Johnson? To me that’s the clear-cut best hire in this coaching cycle
yes - the virtually interviewed him saturday night after the playoff game so they could do a second interview between conf. champ and super bowl in the event the lions win this weekend.
Slowik >>> Johnson
I think Slowik could be a good hire as well, I just look at Johnson having more time with success as an OC, given he’s been an OC longer too. I just want to shoot for that more proven commodity.
Longer by a year and I’m a little more interested in what he accomplished with the depleted OL and weaker skill group in Houston than what Ben Johnson did in Detroit if I’m looking for an offensive minded HC to lead my team through the end of a rebuild and start of a come up (maybe more??).
Also Shanahan tree
Maybe he means if you look at all the players he acquired over a decade and took the best 53 of them you could have one of the NFL’s best rosters?
The AFC Sun Belt continues to lay the red carpet for the Chiefs to the postseason
The best roster to not win the division and only make the playoffs 3 times in 11 years in charge.
Hey, I just realized we’re in the wrong thread…
@MerchCzar I couldn’t be less interested in the current financials of NLU. But, I’m here for all the details of your knife selling days. We talking five figures? Sounds like a hell of a summer. Was the Kid buying all the kegs?
Tepper sounds like a real life Dollar Bill from Billions.
My guess on the owners of the account from the ATM receipt story. My favorite Hamptonites. IYKYK….
@KVV I noticed you said Perriman when seemingly referring to Rashod Bateman. Textbook case of Ravens First Round WR PTSD. Thankfully it seems like Zay Flowers has broken the cycle, killer AFCCG goal line fumble notwithstanding … uh oh is the cycle still going?
Great segment on Steve Bisciotti, the Italian Bill Walton. Now everyone has some insight to why the Ravens have been cruising for the last decade-plus. The Garrett near-miss is a true doors opening/closing moment in Ravens history.
County stuff confirmed huge in Murrland. I’m from Carroll County and went to a private high school just inside the city/beltway. It gets even more layered when you add the private sports powerhouses to the mix.
I think we’re burying the lead from the Tepper episode, why does @Tron need a lawn crew if his backyard is artificial turf, and why is the backyard artificial turf in Florida?
I was more curious as to who insists on hanging their own Christmas lights but also has a lawn crew.
