Thereās a restaurant/wine shop near me that Iāll pop in to buy a bottle every now and again, and when I do the owner makes a point when he rings up my bottle to say āand no tip on bottles.ā Cannot explain how much I appreciate such common sense

Thereās a coffee place near my office that does it right. There are four pre-programmed tip percentage choices and 15% is the second-highest. Under the 15% it says like āWow! thanks!ā
Its a little thing but it makes me feel like they truly appreciate a tip and itās not an expectation.

Iām surprised that someone hasnāt come up with some kind of sub-dermal implant. All these casuals with their butt beads are having a great time but asking to get caught (maybe thatās part of the kink?).
