Tourist Sauce Season 7: Michigan Wine and Dine

This may be mentioned already above so sorry if this is a shit post

To the lads that want to play Bay Harbor and don’t want to pay full freight. I think Boyne highlands can roll it into a package if requested. The upcharge used to be less than the ala carte greens fee. May not be the case any longer.

Bay Harbor is a fine course but it’s style over substance in my opinion. A round at the Heather will provide a more interesting round. At least for 17 holes.

It is, you’re good!

@tron when are we seeing the NLU version of the logo’d collar in the pro shop?

I guess I meant that I thought that was the ONLY thing it meant. Never knew anyone actually swept dew, that was cool to see.

Really fun episode, the music cut and the final few holes had me worried for the mental health of @MerchCzar but happy to see him grind out the W! Echo the comments of TS making me want to golf, we’re we’ll into the off season up here in Calgary, but it’s 6C today and I’m headed to the range

Great episode. I really need to get over the Belvedere. Hard to leave Kingsley when I’m up there, but it looks worth taking a day.

On this note, we never got what Neil’s reaction to the shirt was. Was there one @MerchCzar?

Did I just hide out in my bedroom to watch episode 6 with my extended family downstairs? Yes I did. Was it worth it even with a few “looks” form my lovely bride? Yes it was.

Very torn on who to pull for, but my heart was with @MerchCzar. Much respect to @Tron for digging deep and making it a match down the stretch. The par on the 20th hole was straight balling. Perhaps the golf gods rewarded Neil for the properly tucked in shirt ducks

Kudos to the whole team on a truly excellent episode. One of, if not the, best you’ve ever put out on any series. It can’t be said too many times: getting people to care about your matches and be so personally invested, as this thread indicates, is a remarkable feat.

“It feels good to wake up in the morning looking like a moron.” This hit home @MerchCzar too real haha

I feel like my attire at work this morning echoes the same sentiments.

And yes those are cocktails on my shirt

I feel like I have to pull for @MerchCzar after Randy hustled everyone in Oregon. Need to get Neil on the TS board.

@Tron - Weird question, but what shorts were you wearing in the latest episode? They looked like really comfortable summer shorts.

Which pushcart is Tron using that has that sand bottle attachment? I like that a lot more than the clicgear offering.

@tdogg21 Of all the stuff that gets thrown around the Refuge, I like that you prefaced this as a “weird question”

I would have to go back and rewatch, but it looked to me like one of the newer “standard” course rental push carts. I’ve seen similar at a few courses from what I could tell.
