There’s room for dissent, not dissension. Dissension literally means disagreement in a manner that leads to discord/argument.
Welp, looks like this thread will be locked again in about…30 minutes.
This logic is literally insane! There really is no room for dissent. You must see the course and praise every aspect of it!
Is Carne a religion? Why are we treating it like a sacred cow, this is unbelievable.
very minor mistake corrected.
If I can’t bitch about grammar and word choice on an internet forum, where can I?
Guise, if you stop feeding the troll he’ll go away.
Troll’s avatar is a fucking Jim Rome picture.
Muni you know I"m not a troll, c’mon!
Breaking news: Words have meanings
My favorite part of the last episode was the part with the golf course. Really glad that’s what we’re all talking about in this thread made explicitly to discuss the most recent video series from our favorite content creators (other than EAL).
If this is your take, you’re not getting out enough.
can we get back to tourist sauce Ireland?
What does this have to do with Tourist Sauce.
Here’s what I don’t get. The above exchange and the one last night is what happens like 80% of the time you post. So my question is what value do you get out of coming here? Do you enjoy exclaiming “this is literally insane!” or “no one i know in real life would ever think this way!” ?
This is a textbook Occam’s Razor situation.
Do I think Carne is the best course in Ireland? No
Do I want to play it more than any other course in Ireland at this moment? Yes, yes I do.
Both things can exist.
Sometime a course is more about feeling than architectural merits.

Ok, back to the episode. This was my favorite part.
Those dunes look amazing until I realize I’m like 92 percent likelihood to be in there and have no idea how I’m going to get out. That’s with reasonable wind.
A very fair point.
Joining the teary-eyed group on this one. So so good. Hole 11 is what I see in my dreams…
At this point I am hooked because I have never seen a group of people like this. It’s fascinating.
But, in regard to the episode, I don’t quite remember, they said something about combining the Kilgore nine with the back nine of the Hackett course. Is that only for special occasions or can that be an everyday occurrence? Maybe that would help them in the rankings.
