UPDATE OF SORTS
I am trying to narrow down a date. Trying to get it worked out to do this in August. I don’t know if they will happen or not because of other Refuge events happening and the possibility of the greens being aerified.
I’m also looking at Fall. Yes it’s football season. Yes that stinks for some of you and it doesn’t for the others who will still come.
I think there’s 50/50 chance college football looks pretty different this year anyways.
I say all of that to say this. The event will still happen. Hopefully pick a date and have it out to y’all in the next few weeks.

Assuming we are somewhat back to normal-ish, I can think of nothing more fun than an weekend ensconced in (velvet) golf and college football in the fall. Hopefully I am free whatever weekend is selected.

That’s the attitude!
Played there yesterday and made a mention to the woman at the halfway house she said if we gave her a heads up she would work a meal deal for us. She is not associated with the course itself.

I called palmetto and Aiken to try to get on. both saying no play unless w accompanied. I would love to play these two and am a 1.5 hour drive away. any suggestions?
You have to be accompanied to play Aiken?

Be warned… if you’re a single, you have to call the morning of to see if they can slot you in with a group. I just called to set-up a tee time for this friday and was told to call back friday morning, which is problematic, considering I was going to drive 2-hours from ATL.

OK so. No. the admin confused Palmetto and Aiken. Palmetto is asking for play w a member. So any insights to play that would be useful! 
Aiken is as LukeB states, call in the morning. Since I am coordinating a few people I just went with one of our Reynolds courses. I’d love to do a day or afternoon / dinner morning that includes Aiken and Palmetto if there’s interest. We’d have to figure out Palmetto, but can’t be that hard. Checking with our Dir. of Golf this week.
Any update? Itching to get out there and launch em!
Working on finalizing details for an October date. Trying to rent the course out for the day. To easier accommodate replays. Hopefully have some hard info in the next week or two.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT
Save the date for October 3rd 2020 for the Aiken Golf Club Refuge meet up.
I have secured tee times for those on the list. We have a lengthy alternates list which is great. I am working on renting the course out for the day which will allow me to get some off the alternate list in on the fun. As this becomes more clear I’ll get some more info out as far as a more confirmed price and schedule.
Can’t wait to see all you guis!

Just edited my post to include the original sheet. Those that were signed up have first right of refusal to their spots. Alternates list also hold Their spots.
