We are happy to announce that registration for the 2025 Tussle is NOW LIVE!
In 2025, we celebrate the 5th anniversary of The Tussle and are very excited to bring you a tweaked format, a new social event, but the same fantastic weekend of golf at Tarandowah Golfers Club.
Event details for 2025 include:
- What: 45 holes of golf, food, beverages, tee gift, Friday night social, and prizes.
- When: Friday, June 20 & Saturday June, 21
- Where: Tarandowah Golfers Club, 15125 Putnam Rd, Springfield, ON N0L 2J0
- Cost: $290 per player due May 31. Payment details are in the registration link.

Depends where you’re coming from, but likely either Toronto or Detroit. Slightly longer drive from Detroit, but potentially cheaper flights from parts of the US. Where’s home?
Right outside of Philly… looks like it would only be about an 8 hour drive…

Yeah it’s not a bad drive at all. Plan the drive right and there’s usually a Pre-Tussle round somewhere between Niagara Falls and Tarandowah too.
I’ve tossed a Pre Tussle Golf spreadsheet together, understanding we are very very tentative at this point. This will just help gauge some interest!

I’ve got it flagged on my calendar, but TBD if the schedule will allow.
Fingers crossed for us both, couldn’t imagine a better way to cap off a day then pounding colbeers with ya and explaining how we would’ve hit a shot while people who actually play well and qualify for championship opportunities execute said shots

Listen, I flag my family calendar with yellow for (potential) golf events and it’s on there, but even with the saint I’ve married I’m not sure I can swing golf events 6 / 10 consecutive weekends, esp with 3 of those being multi-day events

Does this saint not fancy sitting around a Woodstock (not that one) hotel while you do hoodrat shit with your friends? Can we interest them in a visit to the metropolis of Kitchener Waterloo, or send them to Niagara on the Lake for spa and wine type activities? Family vacay to a farmers field in SW Ontario baybeeeee

She could probably be convinced, but the 3 and 5 year olds still don’t know how to lock the doors and close the garage door at night so it’s a tough sell. Can’t risk raccoons getting into the house, ya know?
