6.5 hours is nothing. In most cases that doesn’t even get you across most provinces.
I can’t wait until things calm down and I can get to Solider Field for a Bears game. That drive is not bad at all.
I mean, unless they keep playing the way they are right now.
The border might stop you though, could we hire you as the event photographer and itd be considered essential?
My preferred method of travelling to/from chicago is to fly in/out of Flint and then drive.
But that’s a fun drive too. Could probably tell @anon3021505 that you two have to do some quarantining on both sides of the border and bring his ass along for the ride.
I’m new here…what’s that?
KIDDING I’M KIDDING
I heard the Edmund Fitzgerald is shuttling folks from Minnesota across the great lakes…
Great rate on cruises
(don’t leave…I’ll see myself out)
Tickets will be STOOPID cheap hahaa
God, if June wasn’t such a mess for me already, I’d be extremely interested.
Also, Hats are definitely on the table for Merch. I fucked that up on the poll.
PS, if the border ever decides to open up that route takes you literally right by my house…
You fishing for a ride?
Only a sub-4hr drive… count me in. Gonna bring the wife too
Only if its in an RV with a bunch of degenerates.
Literally THE thing to monitor.
So many possible trip ideas (not just golf or even golf adjacent with this one) and I’m sure we could rope together a few more tee times that weekend/Thurs & Fri.
I’m very very interested. Also holy smokes this has “Black Sheep” vibes which is the best. Just a golf course…that happens to be inland links? Count me in.
The website of the course before the current owners bought was “puregolf”. Nothing could be more apt.
Side note:
I had no idea there was a Tim’s so close to Turnberry.
It’s a shame they never tell you about that on TV…
Now that’s some high quality Canadian humour right there.
Do you think Trump is an Original or Dark Roast guy?
That course is actually a hell of a lot of fun.
Just trying to display my Canadian credentials (Double Double with the everything bagel is the go-to, and Ketchup chips are actually the shit)
Also…what the hell is this!? How is Toronto the most underrated inland links capital of Golf?
Eagle’s Nest and even Turnberry looks SO good.
