Ahhh the Cookout in High Point where you can go inside and fill your own drink before playing putt putt next door. Good memories!
One of the few older locations that has always had inside seating far before Kernersville built their fancy establishment.
yeah man, the one is kernersville is legit…thats the one i hit most often cause i work out that way

Nothing better than sitting inside at a metal picnic table!
Kernersville and HP’s Cookout’s are far better than either locations we had in Winston, need to do some research on the Pinehurst area

i didnt stop, but it was packed when i was in town last month…think its all drive thru and outside tables if i remember correctly
Spot on. Southern Pines/Aberdeen location has a double drive through with 4x outside tables for sitting.

Three kids under 5 and a sucker for peanut butter milkshakes. I also have nothing but respect for Cook Out, Waffle House, and any other joint who doesn’t care about natural disasters and will stay open.

or as our waffle house in jax did … use shower curtains as dividers between booths.
Always go to the left one. No matter how long the line is on the right, no one ever goes to the left. Drives me bananas.

What’s worse… slow play golf, or when the person in front of you at the CookOut window isn’t ready with their tray order and they stare at the menu trying to decide?
toss up here but i’ll say slow play on the course.
I have plenty of grace and patience for those who are just beginning their cookout journey cause there so many damn good options!
That being said they better have their cash or card ready when they pull up to the window.
