Can’t believe I missed this

Debts are paid in full and you’re still rubbing it in? Bad hombre. Also love that the picture of me holding the Ope Cup trophy is in the Tebow tee. Stupid always lives forever

I’ll get you a pair of Timberland performance shoes next time I’m at the Dick’s Warehouse in Terre Haute.

And sure enough, a bunch of shit that should have been done while I was out was left for me when I came back.

Was an absolute banger again last year. Echoing what everyone else has stated prior, this is a wonderful community of people and getting together for general madness, and three putts…many…many…three putts (three putt support group meets Wednesday nights at 7 btw) is one of the highlights of my year. It was wonderful seeing so many friends again and meeting new ones for the first time.

I know I shouted some people out in the everyone appreciation post last week but it can’t be said enough @midwestgolfbum how much we appreciate you making this event happen every year. As we only continue to get bigger and bigger this only gets harder and harder, so though we don’t say it enough thank you for making this go.

@Battisstatus the Ope Cup was an awesome idea and certainly helped to juice content and donations throughout the year, @kcurry11 you were the man behind the curtain who made things go as well, and along with @AlCzervik and @BadBrad running the raffle everyone who participated or donated items rock. Can’t wait to see what the final charity numbers are. I know there are people I missed who brought their A game to make this event what it is, but all y’all out there are the best!

I had mentioned to a handful of people throughout the weekend that between our Friday rounds of golf I had found out from my wife that there had been a death in my social circle here in Sheboygan. Young man, in his 30s, just went to bed and never woke up. After taking a drive before the afternoon woodlands round and then cruising my scooter that afternoon, it was a good reminder that life and moments like these are special. Certainly didn’t want to take any of the weekend for granted from there, so thank you everyone for the wonderful times and memories made this weekend.

Lastly, with the event over and my only skills being counting down from larger numbers to smaller numbers I am currently unemployed (will golf for Moon Man situation). But the countdown will go on in the future, just want to make sure we put a ribbon on the Op3-N before moving forward to the Op4-N. But the countdown will be back and I can’t wait to do this all again next year. Let’s go for 20,000 posts before the Ope 2025.

Thank you for capturing playing the links with @DrJ’s beautiful persimmons. Was such a revitalizing experience that I might just have to run it back with my persimmon partner @brettfreddy5 next year.

My only regret from this weekend was not taking more pictures.

Still very tender. Don’t think I’m losing the nail though.

Also, per my lawyer @mikedabomb I believe one of the few things UKG is good for is that it is a legally binding contract so I will be seeking full payment @PTM

Greg we’re really in a bind here.

I know, it wouldn’t let me do $6,900.420.

That toe is primed to move some merch on TSR though.

Just want to give some shoutouts to the Ope. From the Woodlands where I shot my career round of 73 with three doubles, to @RunItOut and @Mr.Sunday setting the vibes bar off the charts on Thursday Morning.
Sedge Valley for being incredible and beating @Nickygifts thus avoiding seeing a horror movie.
The Hot Dad house for introducing me to Marty’s Torso, and the Suck Zone.
Maybe winning low net and the Jo(h)nath(o)an grudge match but who knows and who cares.
To meeting a Marine at Goose Blind who shook my hand, could “see my sadness” and promised me a $20,000 wedding present after showing me one of his three Fidelity accounts.

An amazing weekend and it is already in the calendar for next year!
