3 hours at 180° and then 30–40 minutes in the foil at 350°
We went to the Keys this year. Flights and car were good and don’t think we paid more for them.
The real value add was $150 of daily resort credit and free breakfast. The hotel was great about giving us the credits when we checked out, maybe even gave us an extra day of credits. It gave me the impression they felt motivated to please Costco customers specifically
I went into the Costco near my work to grab some wraps for lunch but the deli had Ahi Poke Tuna in Spicy and Wasabi. This is the first time I’ve seen this. I grabbed the Spicy tuna on Monday and just ate it “plain.” It was great! Grabbed the Wasabi Tuna today, I did not think it was nearly as good. Either the fish wasn’t has fresh or the wasabi “dressing” wasn’t as good. I probably have an unhealthy level of mercury in my system now.
Damn, I clicked on this thread at the wrong time
I’m so fucking hungry
@wseitz26 i just picked up a beautiful ribeye at the new bougie meijer that just opened down the street from my house. i’ll send pics from the grill later
You should roast it, since that’s what that cut is for.
listen buddy guy pal, I will be reverse searing it so it will kind of be like roasting
The sushi at my costco is actually decent for the price. I’ve had it a few times.
The sushi is fine. We get it from time to time. It competes with the taco dinner or another grab and go item more than it compete with actual sushi, if that makes sense.
They don’t generally (if ever) have sushi at my MN costcos. And this is the first time I’ve seen the poke.
It’s fancy grocery store sushi. I’m not trying to elevate it any more than that but I’d take it over whole foods sushi for triple the price
Instant buy. I don’t see them on the Costco app but might have to take a trip over to investigate
Side note, huge miss to not have guava as a flavor as well
Dammit I went yesterday and didn’t see this
I NEED IT
I scooped up the variety pack case of Jarritos.
Great on their own. Great with a shot of tequila in there too.
I go there for their chateaubriand cutlets
Fruit punch and lime are stupid good. I neeeeeeeed those gummies
Slight update to my previous statement. Mrs. Scratch acquired the Jarritos gummies at Samuel’s Club, not Costco
