I’m intrigued by the Costco ramen but aren’t they baddies?
Those wraps are so damn good. Went to get them the other day and there were none to be had
This is just Asian Carbonara…sounds delicious
We acquired some meat at Costco last night.
Gonna do a reverse sear in the breville smart oven tomorrow for lunch while we watch the Masters. Rest getting frozen for vacuum sealing for later dinners.
Don’t come at me with your ribeye sucks stances.
All I see is delicious looking spinalis
Ribeye, a classy and sophisticated choice, also the correct one!
Tri tip haters need to come to California for a weekend.
Top three conversation points from Californians
- That they come from/live in California
- What road they took to get to their destination
- Tri tip steak r00lz
I showed this list to my wife™, who is from California, and she gave no notes after giving me side eye
No notes on 1&2.
#3 is discussing how cold it is (“It was 62 degrees when I woke up!!!”) or how hot it is (“It was 77 today omg I was sweating”)
Please, #2 is reserved for our Southern Californian brothers.
Southern Californians probably don’t talk about how they get anywhere any more than anyone else. It just stands out because we use the definite article when doing so. Quite frankly, a lot of other places do too, but just not when using numbers.
They hate us cuz they ain’t us.
I don’t know that I’ve ever had tri tip, but I’m gonna buy some tomorrow.
Think of it like a roast, not a steak.
I have enough courage to say that tri tip is good AND ribeye is good.
Crazy thought for some (and by some I do mean @wseitz26) but people might actually just like what they like.
Come at me.
I don’t know that I’ve ever seen it served like a steak. It’s always used for sandwiches, mainly because it has different grain in different parts, so you have to slice it just right to have it not be chewy. Very good when done properly, though
I know they captioned it as how Americans sound, but this is probably the best cali impression I’ve ever heard
