as far as the quota for stableford, do the events use modified version for points quota or nah? Just trying to make sure I get this correct?
I would simply say this - its your event, do with it what you will! Want a birdie on 14 to be worth 100 points, go right ahead.
But in all seriousness, most have been a modified stableford (usually following strapped money round rules). The blend of going for a team game, but also 1 NIT spot probably makes it hard. @billythekid did a great job with the Helicopter Cup and maybe could provide pointers as well.

thinking a total team points game for NC vs VA maybe much easier than trying to do individual matches now. So just a cumulative total from each side, then an individual winner.

I’ve had a few guys ask me about individual locations for air bnbs at this point, but no confirms as of now. LOTS of cheap ones around the area. If you are looking for a hotel close to the course, we have a comfort inn and a holiday inn express on the exit 5 mins from the course. not much around.
20 mins from the course off exit 4 on I-581 (those coming up 220 from the south) there are about 20 options and tons of food options there in the more Roanoke proper area.

Island green was promised, and not in play yet and is pissing club members off like crazy. I will have an update on that monday.
