COURSE NEWS
As most of you have heard, we will be CLOSING #10 permanently in the next week/10 days. We will be using the #9 island green of the Orchards 9 as our 10th hole. Finishing up some logistics, printing of new scorecards and re-rating for handicap purposes is all that is holding up the move.
Also you will notice that bunkers are getting some new sand. The addition of new sand is somewhat of a temporary fix but playability and appearance will be much improved. I have actually played several times over the past month or so (I know… alert the media) and kudos to Mark and his crew on the condition of our golf course! This is my 7th season here at Ashley and the playing condition is by far the best I have seen in my tenure. We are hearing from members, public play and outing participants that OUR course is the best around. Also a big THANK YOU to the Runk family for providing the resources that are needed to improve our facility. Great things to come!!

Should have a ton of info and such tomorrow. Again if you have not already, hit the sign up sheet again and put your name down for one of the tee times, I need to get that over the course here ASAP.
Today is busy at work plus I have a 3:45 tee time, tomorrow will hammer out lots of details and such.
If you wish to donate further than the $10 included, I can take cash/venmo/paypal or a check to challenger league baseball works as well. DM for any of that info. Can pay me for that portion the day of…other wise $39 is owed to the course for 18/cart when you get there.
The NLU boys have been super kind and sent us some goodies as well for the event! Weather looks to be hot but otherwise clear as of now for both friday and saturday. Course is pretty dialed in, really looking forward to it.
