Ok, it’s that time. The annual “In N Out” (see what I did there) and payment deadlines.
If you’re on the sign-up list I need to know if you’re in or out (In N Out deadline) by Jan 31st, 2025. That gives me 4 weeks before the event starts to release/add any potential tee times back to Soule Park. The sooner I know, the better for the golf course, myself, and for the few still on the waitlist.
I will need entry fees paid by February 14th, 2025. I must pay for the event in one lump sum due to booking a group this size. You WILL NOT be able to pay greens fees directly to the course. The breakdown of the entry fee and associated costs are detailed below.
In N Out Deadline: Jan 31st
Payment Deadline: Feb 14th
DBL DBL ENTRY FEE
Friday Greens Fee (incl green fee, cart, and range balls) - $67
Saturday Greens Fee (incl green fee, cart, and range balls) - $77
Misc Costs (Trophy medals + other associated items) - $21
TOTAL: $165
I just want to put this out there now. Like last year I will be happily taking a loss on this. It won’t be a huge loss so please don’t take this as me patting myself on the back or trying to fish donations out of any of you. I am humbled at the cost many of you travelling to this event will be incurring. This is not about making money or breaking even for me. I am thrilled just to see all your faces. If any of these costs don’t look on the up-and-up to you, I am more than happy to show you the emails and prices that have been quoted me for the green fees and associated costs of the medals/misc. items.
Once the “In N Out” deadline comes, I will send a group dm with how to pay. If you want to pay before Jan 31st, dm me and I’ll send my Venmo. I will update you all before the end of the month on details surrounding the event.

Hot Dawg! I’m in. I may book a 2 queener at the Casa Ojai Inn. Happy to have it all to myself but if anyone who isn’t stinky wants to split it feel free to reach out. There are at least 2 and a half people on the refuge that can attest to what a delight I am.
