Love this series, love the fact that Iowa was featured, and in my opinion captured very well. I don’t know what the goal is with this thing, but I stumble across these hunting shows that I feel are done in the exact same sort of mold, and presumably do well. This thing is begging for 30 minutes on Netflix in my opinion. Netflix allows @MerchCzar to really fly the Icharito flag.

Yep, still loving this series.

Definitely enjoy the length. I know its more work for you guys, but I’ll be honest…I’m a content whore. If something is entertaining and fun, give me more of it.

Also gotta say @Randy has got a better temperament then I, as I’m pretty sure my third tee shot on the 1st hole would have been a bladed 5 iron through the fence into that rental unit.

I am dead last on the Refuge Power Rankings for omitting the #Franchise. I deeply regret the error. That said, the rankings are all about, “what have you done for me lately.” Franchise, time to buck your head. Revised.

Really enjoying this series. Randy’s thinly veiled contempt of Neil is a highlight. The tension really shows through in these episodes.

I don’t see it at all. I see them as friends that really adore each other that have a great relationship, enough so, that the little digs, and disagreements on social choices are more signs of endearment, not contempt.

Are we just going to ignore the Iowa Performance Center? That thing was incredible and is a must-have once I win the Powerball.

Why can’t communities build something similar to that? Understand there are some safety concerns, but someone should think about using that model for public access. Maintain one big fairway and a few greens. It is Prairie Clubs Horse Course on steroids.

YES! That outdoor area with the different green complexes was incredible. Not sure I’ve seen that anywhere else and have to imagine that’s a leg up for recruiting. Also helps to have the land available to do that so close to campus.

I imagine it ties in with their curriculum also. Being an ag school, im sure they have a solid turfgrass department.

I’m getting more confused.
Apparently Tron Carter also has another name and the father of Tron is the franchise?

Is there a master list of names somewhere? Does everyone have two names?

Luke Kwon also has a YouTube featuring that Iowa state training center. Both features show an awesome place to practice.

@DeadMan @MrCutHook – What if they despise AND adore each other?

That’s a funny podcast. I think it’s funny that Tron is giving dad a hard time when dad was trying to do Tron a favor. Franchise put himself out there! And then Tron posts about himself sacrificing so others may thrive.

Good times.

That place is awesome. I love the idea of the tee boxes all over the place to play the holes at different lengths.

I feel like I need a shower saying anything nice about Iowa State/ Ames but that facility is phenomenal

Would love to have seen the boys make a remix of the “Hooray for Ames” video to promote their visit

Whenever you feel like ISU is creeping up on the Hawkeyes, you can always watch this (although no direct shots are fired at the 'Clones, does there need to be?)
