Whoās a bigger asshole? The guy who wants someone to āplay correctlyā at the blackjack table or the āitās my fucking money Iāll play how I wantā guy who has absolutely zero consideration for the other people at the table or their money.
Again, Iāve never said a word to someone whoās playing that way Iāll just move tables, but to me itās pretty selfish to literally give zero fucks that your decision is affecting 5 or 6 other peopleās enjoyment and money.
Seems like common sense.
Edit: there is a distinct difference in someone whoās a beginner/doesnāt really know better and the type of guy Iām talking about above

If Iām playing blackjack, and I hit when I want to, and you groan, youāre an asshole, and welcome to change tables.
If you want to play only with people who play like you, get a private room (and if that requires a fat stack that you donāt have? Sounds like you canāt afford your desired lifestyle. So compromise.). Or get off my damn table.
Why on earth should I have consideration for someone elses money at the blackjack table?? I have consideration for my money and donāt give two fucks about how my moves affect your hand.
If I have 10ās and want to split against a dealer showing 6 because I think it increases my chances of winning money, Iām going to do it, regardless of how it effects your money.

I like having fun and making friends, therefore I tend to be considerate of others. YMMV
I mean it all has to be taken in context. Playing like a jackass and hitting when you have 18 or something is one thing, but if someone takes offense to me splitting 10ās against a 3 or doubling down they donāt belong at the $10-$25 blackjack tables.

Being considerate of others means allowing them to play how they choose to play, not grumbling about them playing ānot optimallyā.
