Couldn’t have ended the Rocky Point episode any better. Hanging out with friends on the back porch with some good food and drink. It’s what really matters.

@Randy, if you do have sleep apnea, you should really get that checked out. It’s increasingly being understood and none of the data is great for mortality, etc. Take care of yourself big man.

I have one scheduled for February, but I don’t believe I have sleep apnea, just a snoring issue due to a small nasal cavity. If you’re stopping breathing and having to “catch up,” then that’s a good sign you may have obstructive sleep apnea.
