Stanford Women's Golf AWITL: Now talking about Rachel Heck's Decision

Birdie at 13 is ballin’.

Even if it is playing 156. I’d love to play it from that distance some day.

I’m on the record that Grayhawk Raptor is not a course I love, but #7 is a legit good hole. At least for the women and men who hit it normal distance. The college men hit it so far they turn it into a par 4 and the fun of the drive mostly goes away and the green, which is cool for a par 5 is a bit severe for a long par 4.

I assume electric “push” carts (alphard eWheels and such) are not allowed in college golf?

Wonder what the TV numbers are going to read, must be at least dozens more people than usually watching.

Speaking of Grayhawk, that aerial they just showed reminds me it’s been like 10 years since they axed the 15th and 16th holes and built two mediocre new ones … and they still haven’t built anything where the old holes used to be.

The old 15 and 16 were two of the best holes on the back nine.

Whew, I was worried where this was headed.

Well, ASU looks like they’ll be on the outside looking in so I’m pleased to take my split allegiance and join everyone who is firmly on Team :rose: and the Card.

More recent championship belongs to who?

Just awesome… That’s all I got. Great job by the entire NLU team!

Anyone know how they break ties for seeding purposes? Is it based on final round score, or something else?

Curious if we’re looking at a mega first round matchup of Stanford-San Jose St in round one tomorrow.

GolfStat stinks. Why they have an NCAA monopoly is beyond me. It’s ColdFusion. It’s ridiculously bad.

That it is screwed up is no surprise at all.

Only five more to tie us. Congrats.

That was Golf Channel’s note, not Golfstat. That said, agreed on Golfstat. Super clunky inferface.

All five players from each team play a hole (I assume 18) and they add up the total score.

Who won in 1999? West coast dominant in the 90s, sheeeeesh.

That’s for advancing, I don’t think they do that just for seeding, do they?
