Speakeasy at Pine Hills County Club 9/19/2025

Hello friends,
On behalf of @SupperClub I have some updates on this years version of the event formerly known as the Irish Coffee.
First and foremost - we’re likely leaving Kohler. Pine Hills Country Club will likely be our new host. This is pending final approval, but I feel good enough to at least put this in writing. Our requested event dates are either Wednesday 9/17 or Friday 9/19. Friday being the preferred if possible.
If you don’t know, Pine Hills is a private club here in Sheboygan. It slaps. In September, it really slaps. It’s a par 71 - that plays 6500.

With all of that said, Pine Hills does require a deposit, which means I will ask for registration much earlier than years past, as well as a non refundable, but absolutely transferable deposit. I will post with full transparency the cost to make this run once I have approval and those numbers.

The charity we will be raising money for this year is Freedom Cry. They work to fight child trafficking in the county. What We Do — Freedom Cry Inc
I will post more about them as we get closer to the event.

Lastly, #playbetter.
This will be a club championship of sorts. No pops. Play golf. Hit cups. Play fast. Things of that nature. Of course, handicapped games in your groups, matches across groups, duels, feuds, general tomfoolery all encouraged.

TLDR: come play some private golf

Would play Pine Hills over a Blackwolf routing 10 outta 10 days. Love to hear this. The format is whatever, but this is gonna be a swell day! Thanks for setting this up Ashton.

I don’t think I will be able to make it this year. We just locked down dates to an Ireland trip that’s been in discussions for many months and we will be in Ireland that weekend.

Best of luck to all in attendance.

$50 deposit will be due as I will owe pine hills a deposit.
it is nonrefundable but will be transferable.

my Venmo is Ashton-Holzman - last four 1458
DM me if Venmo is an issue.

I know this is a long ways out, but this is what pine hills requires. total cost of the event is TBD - it will be under 200 for sure - there are a few final logistics to work through as we get closer.

Our tee times will be between 12 and 2

Finalizing some things with the club, but I believe our final cost will be 220 per person. I know this is above my goal of 200, but it does include a couple of non-negotiables from the club.

everyone will get $30 in drink tickets - this is mandatory for food and beverage minimums
everyone will also get $15 off any item in the pro-shop - also mandatory from the club.

Carts will be mandatory (they are included in the cost) range is included - all day access, locker room access with keys if needed.

coming up on deposit date so please do continue to get those in - thank you to all that already have.
