Probably the hole I want to replay the most…that or the Channel.
Am I crazy for liking this hole more than the channel hole? I’m sure the channel hole hit different in 1918 Long Island with an actual channel. But 12 was so good and so fun for me to play.
No way man, it’s like saying do I want to eat Culvers or Tbell? No wrong answers.
#12 Erin Hills
Personally, I struggle to think of a better hole in the state. I love the how the kettles frame the tee shot and approach, tricky green (especially if you are behind the hole)
If you’re like me, you can do both at the same time. Culver’s AND Tbell!
I blasted a 4 iron 40 yards off line right from 12 over to short of the green on the channel hole. The punch bowl doesn’t really punch bowl from that angle, if anyone was wondering.
Ohman, that looks reaaaaaaaaaaaaal nice.
Just mute those guys and you’ll enjoy it. Actually gives a great look at the course

#13 at Mammoth is another good Par 3 to consider here
Might be the only scary shot on the golf course. And I mean that as a good thing, it kind of comes out of nowhere.
I guess taking on the left side on 18 can be scary too.
13 at the Irish course, especially from the right-side tee box where you’re fully blind. I’m guessing this hole is going to be divisive, but I’m a fan.
13 Straits, downhill par 4 to a cliff’s edge green along Lake Michigan. One of the few holes too where you can use the ground game off the left slope to get the ball on the green.
@hellofriends already got 13 right.
I am a sucker for redans…
He was very smart to include a high def photo, of a redan, with some popping fall foliage, to buy my vote.
12-16 at EH are some of my favorite holes in the state.
I was already going to vote for the Redan, but wanted to throw Mammoth out there as option as well
I was thinking the same thing last night!
