I’m in
I grabbed 12:42pm for four people at Gateway so we have something to hold but we can pivot if there’s an easier/better option.
For anyone on the fence about joining @Nickygifts and myself Wednesday for a round, looks like there’s a chance of snow Friday. Two spots open…
When do you start booking? My willpower is dwindling, I’ve almost bought several new sets in the last two weeks.
Also: Do you have graphite iron shafts in the arsenal?
@justmuckit Was going to start taking appointments tomorrow. Starting to fit on the 15th.
Oh yeah I’ve got hundreds of shafts.
Shoot me a pm and we can book something!
I am coincidentally playing there at 12:24! Didn’t see this thread until well after I booked. See you guys out on the course tomorrow ![]()
Anyone interested in getting out Sunday morning? Have clubs, will travel
Can vouch for this - did a driver fitting with Jeffrey last year out @ Bellerive. Great experience, and have been really pleased with the results.
I’ll be around, ballwin gc is my backup plan but willing to play just about anywhere.
Good news: Cleared my Friday afternoon
Also good news: Booked a fitting with @JDSPGA that day
Bad news: Can’t attempt to avenge my blade meetup loss to @DrJ
Update: @ForWhomThePuttRolls and I are headed to Crescent Farms at 9:42am Sunday. The other two spots are still available if anyone wants to join!
Circling back on this, anyone else interested in some mid-morning golf on Friday, March 17th?
@Nickygifts and @wjames I’ll let you guys pick the place, y’all are obviously more familiar than I am.
Sadly I’m out. Morning got booked up. Hope you get good weather.
Maybe next time. And yes, looked this morning and it was saying 60s and perfect for Thursday next week, now showing this crap.
I’m thinking we hit Crystal Highlands or annbriar check them out and see what you think
You guys should definitely do Annbriar.
Either looks good to me. One more friendly than the other to a high capper like myself?
Update, Crescent Farms was shambolic, conditions notwithstanding. Arbitrary man made ponds, often blind from the tee/approach. Fake corridors manufactured by planting trees. Asinine pin placements. Might have to formally disavow!
That being said, company was top notch. I’d play with @ForWhomThePuttRolls any day of the week.
Aberdeen, Melvin brewing, and six flags are the only reasons to anyone should be going to Eureka. I’ve seen the light.
I’ll still probably play Pevely because it’s close and I self-loathe, but I won’t be happy about it.
