Shit - you nailed my pivot. Yes slightly more āfunā as the bent grass greens typically make it the place to go come late Oct - Novemeber.

And the design is good. Nothing offensive. Nothing too memorable. A couple 7/10 holes and a couple 4/10 holes. All averages out to fine!
Extreme temperatures, terrible soil and 3 times the normal amount of spring rainfall do not make a good combination

Anyone playing Glen Echo next Monday for their tornado relief day? I just grabbed a time for myself at 2:09. Never played there before so looking forward to it based on the previously mentioned Nutsack of Suck chart not including it.

Honestly, I did not expect them to open back up so soon. It looked pretty brutal out there post-storm and I went through the park and to the zoo this past weekend and it still looked like quite a clean up. Props to whatever teams/volunteers/employees got it back up and running.

I played dogwood early on Monday morning and the damage didnāt really affect areas of play that much. 1 and 3 are definitely more open with some trees down but the rest of the holes seemed pretty much the same.

Quick Match Play update as we enter Juneā¦half of our final four is set! Congrats to @ForWhomThePuttRolls and @Kornwhalice, who both enter the Final 4 for the first time (in our storied two-year history).
@zmuel4 and @IlliniGolferHack are battling it out for Illinois supremacy and a spot in the Final 4, while myself and @TheEyeTest have been absolutely derelict in our ability to get a match scheduled. Our winner will get @Espendogger who has NEVER LOST A MATCH IN CGC Match Play for the final spot in the Final 4.
Tanner & I have something scheduled for 6:30am on Monday 6/16 at Ballwin (feel free to join us for some breakfast ball!) but have a couple opportunities to potentially play sooner if things work out.
I wonāt be at the Worldās Unfair but maybe I could drop off the mugs with someone who will be so that most of you can get your tee gift then!
