Sam got deep enough into the LIV stuff that I may have hit the unfollow a while ago, but I think he usually has good intel?
Their crowds and infrastructure are probably roughly the same as an LPGA event, so this checks out.
My in-laws live on 18 and for a second I thought “oh that’s cool that they will see like the final group walk up from their backyard”
But then I remembered 
I can confirm they want to have an event in OKC/Tulsa, and that CRCC has inquired about infrastructure build/tear-down and course repair following the event.
March 2023 is when I was told, which seems like a short notice, but it’s LIV so…

They can squeeze in a flight for under a grand if they’re willing to make 3 stops in Chicago, Frankfurt, and Muscat.

If you’re just going to be in Tulsa, and don’t want to hang out with us that afternoon, then go to Elgin Park - it’s been a great spot for the US games so far. Empire at 15th/Peoria is another big soccer bar, if you’re looking for more of a dive bar atmosphere, without the food.
