Managed to get a few last minute rounds in. The greens at VG were fantastic last Thursday. Then managed to get 27 in on the Par 3 @ FCC.
That’s awesome. Played 36 in Carrington on Wednesday in the mega wind and then drove to Minneapolis to play Sunday with the MN crew at Pioneer Creek in the mega wind.
Sucks it’s over, but played a lot. Can’t complain. Sim league now, I guess.

Those airplanes are the cleanest they’ve ever been man. I’ve actually felt zero concern on the couple of flights I’ve taken in the past two months. Convince her it’s time for a vacation and accidentally bring your clubs with

Ha. Yeah I get it. Here in Austin on day 3 of my trip home and I’m staring down 8 hours of driving and I still won’t be out of Texas.
Questioning a few choices at the moment.
Yeah, man. That’s just not for me. I had a 3 and a half hour drive home from playing in Minny on Sunday and I thought that was bad. Hahahaha.

That little par 3 course there is so fun.
Its a treat. And actually, your wedge game can get pretty sharp if you spend time on it. Imagine that!!
@BaxterMSP saw you pop in and comment on planes/air travel. Where have you gone recently? Pre-Rona I was on the road 18-20 weeks/year. Haven’t traveled via plane since March… stir crazy…

Sweetens a couple months back…Florida twice in the past month and going again in December for at least 8 days but maybe longer.
Likely to hit up Arizona in Jan or Feb then probably squeeze in a March trip somewhere (maybe FL again) to scratch that golf itch before we get going up here for the 2021 season.

Have we identified Top 5 Best Golf Holes in the FM area? My thoughts:
- #13 at Rose Creek. Low green. Great Par 3.
- #7 at Osgood. Width, angles, water, bunkers. Put it on any other course and it becomes a super well known favorite.
- #7 at Edgewood. Used to be #10 and then #8. Water left, water right, great green complex.
- #2 at Osgood. IMO, best Par 5 in town.
- #18 at FCC. Great finisher, must hit two great shots.

#17 at FCC, #16 at Edgewood, #2 at Rose Creek, #9 at Villagio, #4 at MCC
Oh my god this is my least favorite hole maybe anywhere. Hahahaha. Fucking hate that hole so much.
