Think this all traces back to a very dry winter?
I think it has to be the issue and it appears most courses decided to not increase the water budget. I have a tournament at Paradise Hills Saturday morning so ill report back but from the range and the road it seems like they have plenty of grass.

We lost ours down here the summer before last when it was so hot and dry. Just couldn’t keep enough water on them. RedHawk and Sonoma Ranch are putting money and effort into getting them repaired, but for the money they are charging, it’s not a good look. NMSU is Bermuda fairways, so it’s stayed in primo shape.

Hate to hear that about Redhawk.
Last time I played it, it wasn’t in super great shape but still pretty decent. Such a fun course!
RH is definitely in better shape of the two, but not up to their pricing, imo. When we were there last month the greens were pretty “bad” too.
That being said, you need to get back out there. They’re finishing up a huge bunker renovation that makes the course so much more enjoyable.
