I’ll figure out the dates by which rounds need to be completed in the next few weeks. The whole thing is leading up to the North Star Shootout, which takes place on July 10th.
As far as rules, we’ll just do this as your normal match play using net handicaps adjusted for the course you play in that particular round. Participants are left to self organize their own matches (date/location/etc.). If one person is attempting the organize the match and their playing partner is not responsive then once the due date for that round passes the Refugee that was proactive will move to the next round.

Savvy 14.7 but the trend is all over the place, I’m hoping for a stinker the round before we play, that gives me a glimmer of hope.
