#3 at Hidden Haven is the worst hole in the state
I had totally forgotten about this. Something sick about four shots hitting a green out of 200
Whoa! I land in MSP back from Ireland on the 31st. Just in time to make it to Landmand.
Going to be a big 2 weeks for me
am i looking at monday shamrock tee times? WHO COULD SAY! but in all honesty. ima probably be out there monday. any interest out there? lookin at like 10:30-11 frame
Played there yesterday. It’s a little wet but actually in decent shape.
Thinking about playing somewhere Friday morning around 10:30 with the day off. @LonnieMollo care to reconsider? Others, interested?
Unfortunately Midland is closed so anywhere that’s open will suffice.
Oh so tempting. But I need to work on the marital balance sheet tomorrow.
How do we get this resolved in 2024? I don’t care if people ride or die for the Quarry like I do but everyone should at least play the northern trio of both Giants Ridge and the Wilderness at least once especially our Roost captain.
I also have not been up. Maybe we need to get a 4some up there early next year, I know their early season stay/play deals are off the charts
I have a cabin 2 minutes from The Wilderness (sleeps ~6 comfortably) and could probably host a little outing up there next year if there is some interest. Of course staying at Fortune Bay or Giants Ridge itself is an option as well. It’s really too good to be missed!
I’ve been and would go back in a heartbeat, the golf up there is truly remarkable. I think we’d have a lot of interest! Hopefully we have a short winter and warm spring to make a spring trip more likely…
in.
I am also in on a Giants Ridge/Wilderness trip…the 36 hole deal at Giants is a great value
I’ll bring the Castle Danger Cream Ales
GR / Wilderness is an awesome trip, would 100% be down for one with the fellas next year.
Oh boy, this sounds like someone needs to actually plan this out… NSU does the north woods
North(er) Star United
There are very few things that would make me pass up a Giants Ridge/Wilderness trip. Did it twice within 3 weeks last year and had no regrets
Is there a formal ‘ride or die for the Quarry’ committee that I can get involved with?
