And for those wondering, I didn’t group people by region specifically, but I manually separated the people far from the Cities (Fargo, New Prague, Albertville, Rochester, etc.) And put them into their own quadrants so there wouldn’t be any Roch v Fargo in the first few rounds. From there I randomized the remainder and filled out 16 in each quadrant, then randomized each quadrant.
