Strengths: Decently long, recently re-read Golf Is Not A Perfect Game, subtle trash talker, can quote a couple lines from Caddyshack, likes beer and bourbon equally
Weaknesses: Looks like Willy Z when putting on a Sim, somewhat insecure about playing fake blades, might pull a Mickelson in '04 and roll in with new Callaway clubs in the bag
I have a few of these at the bottom of the bag as it stands currently, and @bignanski tells me they are “fake”. Let me tell you, when you catch one a bit skinny on a crisp October morning, oh boy, they feel like real blades.
LOL, trust me, no apology necessary-I couldn’t pass up giving you a hard time.
The real question is, did they want to make them better, or more distinct in Tour WITB photos and make changing the SW easier? And is that ultimately better? Who could say…
Yes sir! Not really intended to be removed by the end user, but they do tweak at the factory if a specific SW is ordered or on the Tour Van. The concept was to tweak SW with the weight instead of packing the hosel with a tip weight or tungsten powder, which can move the CG.
Good morning everyone and welcome to Morning Drive on golf channel. Today is a big day in the Minnesota thread as today is The Ryder Cup redux draft day.
Captains @Mystic for team USA and @freesypop for team Europe have no easy task on their hands as they will be assembling teams to compete in a format that is yet to be announced.
We go live now to on course correspondent David Feherety to discuss today’s draft
A big question that remains is what captain @freesypop ’s strategy will be in setting up the course. This is a major advantage that he holds in selecting his team.
@Mystic on the other hand has the advantage of great trash talk and consistently being able to stay in matches with his never give up mentality and I am sure he will try to make that his teams overall theme.
