I have been thoroughly disappointed in the conditions every time I have played the Legends.
I much prefer Meadows.

Hi guys long time listener first time caller. Thought Iād introduce myself. Originally from Ireland found myself in Minnesota for school and settled in Edina. Play most of my golf at Braemar but try to travel around as much as possible. Looking forward to meeting up with everyone.
Welcome! Our gui @Battisstatus will probably be along shortly to get you properly acquainted.
Welcome @RonanBurns
Whatās your favorite hole at Braemar?
Favorite place to grab a bite to eat in Edina?
What driver is in the bag?
Favorite hole is 16.
Favorite restaurant in Edina is Alma sushi (Sister restaurant in NE Momo is also great).
Currently gaming the TSR3.

Itās truly a love/hate relationship.
Braemar is many things but maybe not known from stand out architecture. But I do think 16 is a different hole. Comes at the perfect point in a round to make or break a score card and a great match play hole.
I will absolutely agree itās a good match play hole, you are legitimately the first person Iāve ever heard say something positive, which honestly is awesome. I personally donāt like it, but Iām glad there are people out there who do.
I still havenāt played it since they redid the fairway bunkering but holy shit was it awful before that
Itās absolutely better now, at least you can bail or layup.
That place looks amazing!
Letās hear about your favorite course in Ireland!
Grew up in the North West, so I was lucky to have access to some great links. Probably a bit biased, but I think its some of the best coastline in Ireland for golf. One of my favorites, which gets overlooked, is PortSalon. Great layout, amazing views and a couple of very unique holes.
We are happy to have you join us! Come join our discord which is usually a bit more popping then the current refuge, and come play some golf with us!
Iāll have @bignanski send you our roost links to #getinvolved
Sick logo!

He should have gotten the NLU email along with all the links ![]()
I played there last year! I freaking loved that course. Such a good mix of classic links and some quirky holes on the back nine. We had an awesome dinner in the clubhouse afterwards. I wish we couldāve spent more time in that area. We also Cruit Island and Narin & Portnoo. I cannot wait to go back.
Iām going on a golf trip to Ireland this October. Course List:
Old Tom Morris Links
St. Patrick Links
Sandy Links
Portstewart
Portrush
Royal Country Down - Annesley
Any Advice?
Wow great trip!
Youāll love your time at Rosapenna! Make sure to check out the Harbour bar in PortRush and in Donegal! Two great watering holes.
