That’d be great. I haven’t booked the tee times yet but do you know if we’re able to book a foursome unaffiliated and then switch to affiliated or vice versa?
I would guess you could switch day of if an alum joined your group. I’ll be on my up north trip the first part but could host if you wanted to play on the 6th.
If the alum books the time and someone just says they’re that person that would work no? I mean they don’t check ids last I knew. Elsewise some of us couldn’t have graduated from U of M golf course. Ha!

I’m not sure what the process is for booking unaffiliated. It’s just a bunch of old retirees working at the desk, though. Pretty much anything goes. You could probably select Alum on the site, create a profile, and book with no problems. Or one of us could just book for you.

Just checked this. I can in fact create an account and then select alumni…wild.
That said I’m probably still to chickenshit to try it. Lest they ask for an alumni ID when I show up!

Yeah good thing you didn’t, it was a 5 hour pit stop. Thankfully it was good weather, good course, and good people, but the pace was egregious.
You do get a pass / card / Id and they may ask for that.
Yeah I mean I know people have an alumni card. Its rolling the dice if they ask for it or not and that type of public shame if they did is something I couldn’t bear!
