Played Marion Golf Club for the first time this afternoon. What an enjoyable walk (even in the 90 degree heat).

I was going to add Shaker Hills but their prices have gone INSANE these past couple years. Almost $200 w a cart now!!!

Grew up in Marion and used to caddie at Kittansett. Always thought it was funny how people would rush down to get to the elite Kittansett Club, totally flying past whatās truly a hidden gemāMarion GC. Cool to see it finally getting some love these past few years.

Had a delightful afternoon at George Wright. Managed to birdie the first hole coming off the plane, an hour wait in the rental car line, and with a makeshift set of rental clubs (it was my only birdie of the day.) Further, I shot my lowest ever differential, which felt pretty special. The course was in great shape, and such an enjoyable walk. Shout-out @Garden_hoser who was rocking an NLU hat when he joined up with our group at some point on the front 9, it was great to play the rest of the front with you. Also shout-out @Nsandila, I hope you crushed your interview. Next time Iām in Boston I will be hitting both of you up.

Anyone around RI Saturday and want to play Newport National early in the AM? Iāve got afternoon plans and was hoping to sneak in 18 but all my usual haunts are booked Boston to Newport. Figured paying the price, I may as well get paired with someone here than a true rando.
Iāll be in the area in a few weeks (staying in NH) and looking to grab a round on my way to Logan. Any public course recommendations between the NH border and airport?
not sure where in NH but just gonna assume near 93 and say that Merrimack Valley in Methuen is great

Yea depends where in NH but Breakfast Hill if close to the coast, Campbell Scottish Links in central NH, and if on the west side of the state Hooper.
