I’m heading to Indy for a few days for work. Any course recommendations in the area? Probably only have time for 9 and prefer to walk. I see the fort on a fried egg list but is it riding only and 18 holes required?
I don’t think 18 is required, but you’d definitely want to see all 18. Check out Buffer Park. I always walk out there and it’s in real good shape right now. Low key for a quick 9

Haven’t played it recently, but did grab brunch there about a month ago and got to check out the pro shop. Pro shop was loaded with good stuff like FJ, H&B, etc.
Decent amount of merch, but they’re not making it a big business. Basically your usual country club stuff- clothes, hats, balls and a few accessories.
You weren’t wrong! Took a work contact out and only had time for 9 since it was during the day and all I wanted to do was play the back 9 at the fort. Great course!

What’s up Indiana friends, I was planning to come do some golf with a friend next weekend, but he unfortunately had to cancel & is moving to Oregon in a few weeks so we won’t be able to reschedule.
I snagged GroupGolfer’s to Harrison Hills & Rock Hollow because I heard good things & have to travel a bit this summer so I figured I’d swing through at some point.
I’m doing the TGJ event at Flossmoor on 7/10 & am debating using the prior weekend to play some Indiana golf. Thinking something along these lines if anyone would want to join:
Saturday, July 8th: Warren in the morning, Rock Hollow in the afternoon
Sunday, July 9th: Tippecanoe in the morning, Harrison Hills in the afternoon
Putting it together now since plans just changed, but if anyone is interested let me know!
