Our last realtor was a friend of ours. We were doing him a favor and honestly he did jack all for us. 2 weeks after closing we asked his wife where he was. She had no idea. 1 month later he shows up again. Turns out he had skipped off to Thailand with a woman from his office and was back now wanting a divorce, half of his wife’s much more substantial 401K and half of the house proceeds. Once that was all in the works he ran back to Thailand. No idea what he is doing these days.
So yeah…awkward to think his commission on our house funded his initial disappearance and indirectly led to the breakup of a marriage of what had been a couple we spent a lot of time with.

I was looking forward to meeting you guys, but I have to bail. I don’t think I’ll have the time this summer.
I would say it depends a lot on where you are looking to live. I know a lot of good realtors locally but they are definitely stronger in certain geographic areas than others.

City Park Pre-Work 9 holes? I see that City Park is opening 9 hole (back 9!) tee times from 6AM starting 5/1. Anyone interested in getting a weekly early morning 9 hole game going this summer?

easy renno they could do that would make the back 9 even better, and a sick homage to the old course:
make 13 a par 4. Push 15 tee’s all the way back (would tip at 540), put a left side fairway tree and make it a par 5
